Sales, Returns & Exchanges
All purchases are to be made in full before pick up via Credit/Debit or E-Transfer (info@homematrix.ca).

Selected items are non-refundable such as, Trim, Spindles, Stairs and selected flooring styles and colours.
​
Orders are to be made in person or via email to info@homematrix.ca with correct measurements and quantities of items.
Flooring that is able to be returned must be in the original box in good condition within 14 business days, possible manufacturer restock fee upon return.
Liabilities, Damages & Defective Merchandise
Home Matrix is not responsible under any circumstances for any damages whatsoever arising from the improper use, incorrect installation and/or manufacturing defects of merchandise sold.

Home Matrix responsibility is limited to the price of the merchandise sold.
​
Home Matrix does not accept shortage claims once the merchandise is picked up.
​
All merchandise must be checked upon pickup based on expertise or common sense.
​
Home Matrix accepts no liability or responsibility for damages in transit, installation and/or It is the responsibility of the clients and/or installers to inspect all merchandise before installing as no claims can be accepted after the product is installed.
​
Defective merchandise may be replaced, however no costs for labour and delivery will be assumed.
​
Defective merchandise must be returned in store or emailed confirmation to info@homematrix.ca to be forwarded onto the supplier for inspection within 7 business days from pick up.
​
Any claims on defective merchandise will be transferred to manufacturers, distributors and/or suppliers.
Home Matrix reserves the right to explain the policy.
